1) Gram Flour and Lemon –
The paste of Gram flour and Lemon makes the best remedy for healing the tanned skin. Why? The gram flour helps cleansing the skin and provides exfoliation to the skin. On the other hand, lemon is known as natural bleach and helps reducing the tanning. Add these two, make a paste and then apply it on Knee and elbow. Let it dry and then wash it off. Repeating it twice a week can give you better result.

2) Turmeric, Honey and Milk –
These three home stuffs can surely do wonders for you. Turmeric is known for its antiseptic properties whereas honey softens the skin and milk acts as natural bleach.

Mix them well to make a smooth paste. Apply on the affected area and leave it for half an hour. On drying, rub it with wet hands in circular motion. See the magic after some day’s usage of it.

3) Baking Soda –
Any sort of tanning can be healed by Baking soda, for sure. All you need to have is Baking Soda. It is an effective cleaning agent which helps to reduce tanning from the skin. Take a tablespoon of baking soda and few drops of milk in it and make a paste. Apply it as a cream and scrub the affected area in circular motion. Apply it twice a day and you will see the difference within a week. A good difference! A positive difference!

4) Lemon and Honey –
While lemon is natural bleach, honey helps in moisturizing the skin. Mixture of these two can actual heal a tanned skin. Add Lemon drops and honey and apply it on the affected area for half an hour. Wash it off to see the difference.

5) Sugar and Olive Oil
Sugar can make your tea sweet but also works as a great exfoliate. Olive oil moisturizes the skin. These two are perfect match for your tanned knee and elbow. All you have to do is to make a paste of Sugar powder and olive oil. Rub the paste on the affected skin and leave it for five minutes. Wash it with water and soap. Do it thrice a week.
