Using pineapple and carrot juice as a base the main goal here was to get the benefits from the turmeric which is a brilliant anti-inflammatory.
It also detoxifies the liver and help ward off dementia.
It also helps cut the risk of getting cancer.
So juice the pineapple and carrots and then using the juice as a base whizz up a ¼ of a teaspoon of turmeric and eight dried apricots.
Add a pinch of Epsom salts to get an extra magnesium boost.

=> 2 large carrots
=> 8 to 10 dried apricots
